The Leap | Purpose-Driven Team Travel
Brave Journeys. Lasting Impact.

The Leap designs and delivers purpose-led, team-based travel experiences that blend culture, challenge, and meaningful contribution.

We work across Gap Years, Midlife Adventures, School Expeditions, and Tailored Group Journeys, creating immersive adventures that build confidence, connection, and global awareness at every life stage.

What sets us apart?
Our long-standing partnerships with grassroots conservation and community NGOs give our travellers exclusive access to sustainable, off-the-grid projects around the world. From marine conservation in Kenya to women’s empowerment in Sri Lanka, every journey makes a difference, for both the traveller and the community.

Founded in 1994, we’ve led thousands of changemakers across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, redefining what meaningful travel looks and feels like.

If you're ready to go beyond the ordinary, you're ready to leap.
