Rob Proffitt-White is currently the Executive Director of Mathematics at The Learner First, where they support governments, schools, and teachers in enhancing mathematics education. Previously, Rob served as a Deputy Principal at Beckenham Te Kuro o Puroto and held various roles in teaching and mentorship, including a sessional lecturer at CQUniversity and a principal advisor for the Queensland Department of Education. With a strong belief in the growth of teachers leading to the flourishing of learners, Rob has dedicated their career to designing meaningful and responsive mathematics learning experiences through professional development and mentoring.
