Michael Ham is an EdTech and innovation strategist currently serving as a Partner in Research & Policy at FullScale. They have previously held roles such as a Fellow in the Office of Educational Technology at the U.S. Department of Education and an Associate Partner at The Learning Accelerator. Michael also contributed as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher and Interventionist in Duval County Public Schools from 2017 to 2020. They were a Corps Member with Teach For America and an Impact Fellow with Education Pioneers as well as a Teacher Leadership Coach with the Jacksonville Public Education Fund. Michael earned their degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017.
