Rae Lymer, Ed.D., is currently a Partner in Research and Measurement at The Learning Accelerator since May 2024. Rae serves as President Elect and previously as Vice President of the Maryland Educators of Gifted Students, where contributions include co-creating and chairing inaugural virtual conferences and managing resources. Rae is a member and co-chair of the Maryland State Advisory Council on Gifted and Talented Education. At Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2011 to September 2023, Rae expanded accelerated learning services from 30 to 180 schools and held the role of Distinguished Administrator. Previous academic roles include Adjunct Professor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctor of Education in Urban Education Leadership with a focus on Gifted Education from Johns Hopkins University, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Gifted Education and a Master of Science in Urban Education.
