Michelle Grimaldi

Michelle Grimaldi currently serves as the Director of Social and Emotional Learning at The Learning Community Charter School, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this, Michelle was the Principal of Davisville Academy at North Kingstown School District, overseeing a K-12 school focused on students with emotional and behavioral challenges. Additional experience includes serving as Planning Center Coordinator and Senior Behavior Specialist at The Providence Center, where responsibilities included leading team meetings, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments, and providing professional development to educators. Michelle's background also encompasses roles as a Special Education Teacher at Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy and the Head Special Educator for the ALP program at Cumberland Public Schools. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and school administrator certifications from the Centers for Leadership and Educational Equity.
