Created by Paola Vicente as a content creator for adult learning through coaching and workshops, the LEARNING factory found in theater and writing the best means to tell powerful stories that move people. Thus, the productions were born: Bajo la Batalla de Miraflores (2015) and Relatos (in)conexos (2021).

In 2023, we published our first book and are preparing other publishing projects. We also launched the Young Women Writers Program for school students, seeking to create spaces for more women to uncover their voices and tell their own stories.

In parallel, the LEARNING Factory continues to produce content for the development of learning with a focus on the arts to achieve real change and transformation in people through coaching and workshops, theater productions and literary projects aimed at children, young audiences and adult.

For us, the sky is the limit.
