Patsy Lee

Patsy Lee is currently the Head of Enrolment and Customer Service at The Learning Lab, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Patsy gained extensive experience in customer service and operations, including serving as the Head of Customer Service and Operations at SISTIC from 2019 to 2022. Patsy also worked at Gateway Entertainment Pte Ltd as the Operations and Marketing Manager from 2010 to 2019, managing various aspects of sales, marketing, and project management. Earlier in their career, Patsy held several positions focused on client servicing and office management, beginning as a Guest Relations Officer at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2003 to 2005. Patsy holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from IBMEC Business School.
