Cu Hoang Hung is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement & Business Intelligence at the LEGO Group, where they focus on fostering a culture of lean thinking and problem-solving. Prior to this role, they served as the TPM Operations Manager at Perfetti Van Melle and as the Productivity & Capability Director at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage. With extensive experience leading lean transformation initiatives, they have developed systems to enhance operational excellence across various organizations, including MTC and Akzo Nobel. Cu Hoang earned their degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering from the University of Technical Education HCMC.
