The LEHIGH Group is a recruiting firm that connects top-performing sales professionals in GTM roles with industry leading companies, with an emphasis on placing military veterans.

Our managing partners have decades of direct sales experience, management experience, and an unparalleled track record of sales successes. Each has the instinct, awareness, and ability to know great sales talent when they come across it.

Their relationships with high-performing sales professionals, hiring managers, senior sales leaders and C-Level executives allows technology companies to identify and hire top sales talent that know how to deliver results quickly and build long-term partnerships.

THE LEHIGH GROUP DIFFERENCE
Many recruiting firms place dozens of ads and sort through dozens of resumes to fill a role. They make a shortlist guided by what they see on a piece of paper and a brief phone call. Sometimes they fail to include great candidates and too often they send you bad ones. Often you work harder weeding out the bad candidates then finding the right one.

The LEHIGH Group does this differently.

The LEHIGH Group does not use a conventional approach to a sales talent search. Unlike most recruiters, we don’t play the volume game. We don’t place phony ads on job boards to build our candidate pool and we don’t send you a host of lightly vetted candidates with the hope that eventually you find a good one.

We know you’re looking for more than good.

You Are The Best.
Quality is what defines you. Your sales team is the best. You are a company that only top-performers would be interested in joining.

You Want The Best.
You’re too busy and the opportunities in the market are too great to waste time coaching up an underperformer.

The LEHIGH Group Finds You The Best.
