The Leverage Network, Inc. is dedicated to empowering leadership that champions improved health outcomes for all.

This is a place where leaders rise. Where ambition meets preparation, where purpose meets opportunity, and where your next chapter begins. We don’t just talk about change, we make it happen. We train. We shape. We elevate mindsets so leaders can step boldly into rooms where decisions are made that affect every life, in every community.

Our Story:
Some say leadership is earned. We say leadership is shaped through training, through challenge, through community.

The Leverage Network was born out of a simple truth: When leaders are prepared, opportunities unfold, and healthcare outcomes improve for all.

We are a purposeful network of professionals and rising leaders committed to guiding individuals into governance and senior leadership roles across the health ecosystem. We don’t sit on the sidelines. We build leaders who show up ready to deliver results and create impact.

What We Do:
Healthcare is evolving, and the need for prepared, credible leaders has never been greater.

The Leverage Network equips health leaders to step into influence with confidence, ready to contribute, lead, and shape decisions that improve outcomes. Through focused development and intentional connections, we help leaders prepare for what’s next and show up when it matters most.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: when leadership grows, health systems are better positioned to serve the communities they touch.

More than a thousand healthcare leaders have participated in these experiences across our three signature programs and member events, Mid-Career Odyssey, Beyond Boundaries, Healthcare Board Initiative, the Executive Women of Color Summit. Together, these programs strengthen the pathway to senior roles and cultivate a community of executives equipped to shape decisions that impact health outcomes nationwide.
