The Leverage Network was born out of a simple truth: When leaders are prepared, opportunities unfold, and healthcare outcomes improve for all.

We are a purposeful network of professionals and rising leaders committed to guiding individuals into governance and senior leadership roles across the health ecosystem. We don’t sit on the sidelines. We build leaders who show up ready to deliver results and create impact.

More than a thousand healthcare leaders have participated in these experiences across our three signature programs and member events, Mid-Career Odyssey, Beyond Boundaries, Healthcare Board Initiative, the Executive Women of Color Summit. Together, these programs strengthen the pathway to senior roles and cultivate a community of executives equipped to shape decisions that impact health outcomes nationwide.
