The Libris Group provides managed nationwide document scanning & office digitisation services across the UK. All paper files can be scanned, stored, digitised and made securely available electronically online via our product Vaultari (https://www.vaultari.io). Vaultari is a simple yet powerful online document vault for storing and managing scanned documents. Accessible on any device, Vaultari enables archived documents to be stored, organised, searched and retrieved anywhere and at any time.

Vaultari's cloud based solution is document storage made simple, giving you smarter and faster document access with all content stored in one place. Fully secure, with features such as two factor authentication, it gives the ability to carry out full text content searches on folders and documents, with controlled access privileges based on user's details.

No longer rely on updating on-premise software, running data with portable drives or digging out paper documents from archive storage. Allows the user or document management provider to upload document and make them instantaneously searchable and retrievable. No more requirement to worry about storing documents within geographic boundaries.

Archived documents are no longer archived but at your fingertips.
