Jonathan Hoyle is a seasoned professional in the lighting design industry, currently serving as Principal and Associate Principal at The Lighting Practice since June 2008. With a focus on business development and marketing, Jonathan plays a pivotal role in building client relationships, leading growth strategies, and actively representing the firm through networking and public engagement. In firm leadership, Jonathan oversees key business areas and implements the Strategic Plan while fostering staff development. Additionally, Jonathan contributes to design and project management by directing the firm's design initiatives and ensuring client satisfaction. Jonathan's academic involvement includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University from April 2010 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Theatre from Bucknell University.
