Jonathan Spitz

Jonathan Spitz is the Head of Capital Formation at Lightstone and has extensive experience in finance and real estate. They previously held roles at Origin Investments as a Senior Associate and Assistant Vice President, and worked at Lakeside Bank in various positions including Credit Analyst, CRE Loan Officer, and Portfolio Manager. Jonathan began their career as a Sales Intern/Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap and later served as an Acquisitions Analyst at Invitation Homes. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Investment from DePaul University.
