LINC was founded with the vision of connecting with unreached communities extending beyond the church’s traditional scope of ministry. We believe that every person is made in God’s image and holds tremendous potential for transformation when they’re engaged, equipped, and empowered to serve their community.

LINC empowers local leaders who holistically engage and care for their communities.

We work with grassroots, Gospel-motivated leaders in urban, diverse and under resourced communities

Our four step Impact Strategy is to
    1. Empower Gospel-motivated local leaders in diverse communities
    2. Help them launch mission-driven ventures
    3. Transform their local communities spiritually and socially
    4. Cultivate new emerging leaders

LINC’s promise is that “No leader walks alone.” We invite you to join us in walking with strategically positioned leaders making a Gospel difference in hard places and the heart of our cities.
