Eric Garvin

Eric Garvin has over 20 years of experience in the Life Science industry. In 2017, they were the Head of Pharma Solutions and Co-Founder of MediLedger at Chronicled. In 2016, they were the Co-Founder of The LinkLab, offering services to Life Science companies to become compliant with US and worldwide regulations regarding serialization and track and trace requirements. From 1997 to 2017, they were the President of Global Technical Partners, Inc., a professional services company specializing in technology and business transformation projects for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. In 2017, they were a Project Manager at Genentech and a Program Manager at Roche. In 2015, they were a Project Manager at Genentech, successfully managing the Data Center Move project. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Program Manager and Project Manager at Roche, successfully managing Roche's US Serialization and Track & Trace program and Roche's Indianapolis Site Transformation project. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Project Manager at CareFusion, successfully managing the divestiture of their Neurocare business and the integration of Rowa GmbH. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Project Manager at Genentech, successfully managing the divestiture of Genentech's clinical manufacturing plant in Oceanside, California and the harmonization of clinical business processes and the integration of systems. In 2008, they were a Program Manager at Redback Networks, implementing standards of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and project execution, and managing company-wide communication for the integration with Ericsson.
