From 2011 to 2013, they were a Project Manager at CareFusion, successfully managing the divestiture of their Neurocare business and the integration of Rowa GmbH. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Project Manager at Genentech, successfully managing the divestiture of Genentech's clinical manufacturing plant in Oceanside, California and the harmonization of clinical business processes and the integration of systems. In 2008, they were a Program Manager at Redback Networks, implementing standards of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and project execution, and managing company-wide communication for the integration with Ericsson.

Eric Garvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
