The Lion Foundation is one of New Zealand's oldest and most respected Charitable Trusts. In the past 39 years, we've returned over $1 Billion back to the community, supporting thousands of good causes right around the country.

The Lion Foundation values integrity, compelling us to act honestly, ethically, and transparently. 

We have many Lion Foundation venues and gaming machines across the country, and we consistently return millions of dollars into the community. In 2023/24 we made $36.5 million in grants to more than 2,600 community-based organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand.
