The Loom is a one-of-a-kind creative and industrial campus in Oakland, built for the way people actually work, make, gather, and grow today.

Housed within a large, adaptive multi-building property, The Loom brings together office space, art studios and maker spaces, wellness amenities, and flexible industrial/warehouse space suited for R&D, advanced manufacturing, and creative production. It’s a place where engineers work alongside artists, founders alongside fabricators, and ideas move seamlessly from concept to reality.

The Loom is also home to distinctive, architecturally striking event spaces that have hosted everything from electronic music shows and immersive cultural events to corporate offsites, conferences, farmer’s markets, and food drives serving underserved community members. Our spaces are intentionally flexible—designed to support both high-energy experiences and mission-driven gatherings.

More than a collection of buildings, The Loom is a new model for community-driven development. Blending advanced tech & the arts, wellness & entertainment, industry & culture, work & play — we're anchoring a new waterfront district that’s deeply rooted in Oakland’s creative and industrial history, yet unlike anything else in the Bay Area.

Whether you’re looking to lease workspace, build something meaningful, or host an unforgettable event, The Loom is a place where culture, community, and capability come together.
