Tom Long

Tom Long is the Founder and Managing Partner at Bridger Growth Partners, specializing in seed and growth equity investments in consumer and consumer-tech sectors since 2015. Long has held multiple leadership roles, including Business Advisor at CVC Capital and Board Director at Amcor PLC since 2017. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at MillerCoors and Miller Brewing Company, and President of The Coca-Cola Company for Northwest Europe. Tom Long holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
