Nikki Wilson

Nikki Wilson, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as an Executive Board Member and HR Consultant at The Loop Lab since October 2020, focusing on connecting under-resourced communities to creative opportunities. Previously, Nikki held the role of Chief People Officer at TRG, where efforts included modernizing employee experience and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. A significant tenure at General Motors spanned nearly two decades, culminating in the position of Site Executive HR/LR Director, overseeing human resources and labor relations for numerous teams and projects. Nikki's expertise encompasses talent assessment, leadership coaching, employee relations, governance, and strategic human resources planning, supported by advanced degrees in Human Resources and Labor Relations from The Ohio State University and Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
