Mike Lee has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry and the arts sector. Currently serving as an Executive Producer at Hive North since September 2006, Mike focuses on verbatim theatre and LGBTQ+ content. Previously, Mike held the position of Pier Eight Manager at The Lowry from August 2015 to September 2012, after serving as Restaurant and Food Services Manager at the same venue from September 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities included maintaining operational standards and enhancing marketing efforts. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing & Sales Support Manager at Martins, where Mike designed and implemented point-of-sale systems and managed training in branding regulations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Media and Performance from The University of Salford, completed in 2008.
