The Lumen Room is a collection of photography and event spaces available for hourly reservations.

Our photo/video-ready spaces are beautifully designed to reflect clean, bright, natural light and include a variety of furniture and design pieces to help photographers, content creators, and event planners bring their visions to life and capture them beautifully.

With 18 thriving spaces across four major metro areas and 11,000+ bookings per year, we’re proving there's massive demand for flexible, well-designed creative spaces. We’ve built a proven playbook that turns underutilized square footage into photo/video-ready spaces that guests love to book again and again. You don’t need foot traffic or prime locations — you need a smart concept, good design, and a system that works.
