Your organisation has vampires.
We bring the coffin.

The Magic Coffin for Silly Vampires is an internal communications and employee experience consultancy based in Stockholm, Sweden, working globally. We help People leaders bury the zombie processes, blood-sucking cultures and communications that say everything whilst meaning nothing — and build something with an actual pulse in their place.
We don't do synergy. We don't do bandwidth. We do clarity, logic, and a bit of the unexpected.

What we do
Internal Communications — audits, strategy, playbooks, executive communications, intranet management, crisis comms, and fractional Head of Internal Comms retainers.

Employee Experience — onboarding design, engagement surveys, exit interview programmes, ERG facilitation, and fractional Employee Experience Partner retainers.

Every engagement is built around three offer types: The Inspection (audit), The Burial (project), or The Resurrection (ongoing retainer).

Why us
We bring global-scale experience across 36 countries, senior strategic thinking, and the rare ability to execute — video, podcasts, LMS courses, recognition platforms, intranet management. Most consultants hand you a strategy. We hand you a strategy that works.

Our vows
Precision over pomp. The human trace. Expansive horizons.
We don't just fix the room. We remove the ceiling.

It's time to look under the lid.
