Ron Lencz

Ron Lencz has held various leadership roles in the food industry since 1998. Ron began their career at Parmalat Canada as Director of Marketing in 1998. In 2000, they joined Lindt & Sprüngli as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing and Retail. Ron then moved to Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. in 2016 as Vice President of Retail. Most recently, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Sweet Tree Holdings 1, LLC since 2019.

Ron Lencz received their Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Geography from the University of Waterloo. Ron then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McGill University, with a focus on International Business. Finally, they obtained a Senior Leadership Certificate from IMD in 2016.
