The Maven Group’s portfolio includes urban and student housing residential units, retail, light/industrial/warehouse and indoor recreational properties in the Washington DC, metropolitan area and New Jersey. On behalf of its managing members and local partners, Maven’s in house staff leases and manages in excess of 500k SF of commercial space and continues to pursue both income producing and development opportunities across the region.
