Sous Chef

Sameer Mande has an extensive background in the culinary field, beginning with a hotel operation trainee position at ITC Hotels from June 2013 to May 2014. Following this, Sameer served as Chef De Partie at Trident Hotels from June 2015 to July 2017 and at Elite Resorts & Spas from July 2017 to September 2019. Currently, Sameer holds the position of Sous Chef at The McEwan Group since July 2021 and at Mediterranean Delight Co. W.L.L. since September 2019. Sameer earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from SRM IHM, Chennai, from 2010 to 2013, and then completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Art at the Culinary Academy of India from 2014 to 2015.
