As a facilities management company, MDC Facilities provides continued support after the construction process is complete.  Using our network of sub-contractors, we are able to support maintenance requests from coast-to-coast, whether you have one or multiple locations. We handle all types of requests including from reoccurring monthly services to one-off work order requests.
