The MDU
Ryan Heiser is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an IT Delivery Manager at The MDU since April 2012, Ryan has held multiple roles including Development Team Lead and Senior Analyst Developer, managing responsibilities in C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, SSIS, and ASP. Prior to this, Ryan worked at CCA International, developing CRM systems and providing helpdesk support, and gained experience as an Analyst Developer at Temenos and Financial Objects. Ryan began a career in technology as an Analyst Developer and IT Manager at Filing Plus. Ryan holds an HND in Information Technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, completed between 1998 and 2001.
