Anthony Wright is an accomplished financial and actuarial expert with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Company Actuary at The MDU since December 2009, Anthony is responsible for developing insurance, risk, and investment strategies while providing critical commercial and actuarial advice. Prior to this role, Anthony held various actuarial positions at QBE European Operations from 2003 to 2009, contributing to the company's rapid growth, and served as Assistant Syndicate Actuary at St Paul at Lloyd's from 2000 to 2002. Anthony began the actuarial career at Towers Watson from 1998 to 2000 and has a strong academic background with a PhD in Physiology from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics. Recent educational pursuits include a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD and further studies at IMD.
