ABOUT THE MENTAL ELF

Funded by the Wellcome Trust, The Mental Elf blog is a mental health research platform that helps people keep up to date with the latest relevant and reliable research papers. Our regularly published blogs are written by experts who summarise the studies, but also describe the strengths and limitations of the research, and importantly the implications for practice.

Thousands of research papers are published every day and it's impossible to keep up to date with everything. Follow the Mental Elf to keep up to date with 5 papers every week that our team have carefully selected because they are relevant to frontline mental health practice and have important findings and implications.
