As Vice President of Operations for Pediatric Services, Scott focuses on expanding the availability of the highest quality pediatric therapy services nationwide. Scott works directly with funders, regulatory agencies, programs, and other stakeholders to increase the services’ availability and ensure that they continually evolve to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Scott has held management positions in education, human services, and rehabilitation in a career spanning more than 30 years. He brings to this role eight years of experience growing pediatric programs within NeuroRestorative, starting with the NeuroRestorative Academy model in Illinois. Scott is particularly interested in program development, quality improvement, outcomes management, and stakeholder involvement. Scott’s true passion is developing creative approaches to service delivery that improve the lives of people with disabilities, empower employees and create efficiency for providers. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Texas Dallas and a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
