Natalie Cox

Natalie Cox has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Natalie worked as the Director of Human Resources at The Methodical Group since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at PenServ Plan Services from April 2014 to February 2022. Before their HR roles, they worked at The Prysmian Group -- North America, first as a Coordinator, Law and Human Resources from August 2005 to March 2011, and then as the Corporate Human Resources Manager -- North America from March 2011 to April 2014. Natalie's career started as a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Hartley & O'Brien, where they worked from December 1998 to August 2002.

Natalie Cox completed their B.S. in Business Management from Wheeling University in 1998. Natalie then pursued their Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law, graduating in 2005. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended St. John Central High School from 1988 to 1989.
