The Michael Levin Base, located in Jerusalem, Israel, is dedicated to supporting lone soldiers and lone bnot sherut—young men and women serving in Israel's National Service without immediate family in the country. Established in 2020, the organization offers a comprehensive support network, including practical assistance, emotional support, and community-building activities such as Shabbat meals and holiday celebrations. The Base honors the legacy of Michael Levin, a lone soldier from Pennsylvania who dreamed of creating a community for others like himself.
