We offer bespoke mental health strategies in the workplace.

While more and more businesses are realising the importance of comprehensive mental health benefits and open dialogues, a few are leading the way on improving their company culture and benefits in order to put mental health first. We can help add you to that growing list. We’ll work alongside you to deliver everything you need to complement and enhance your existing wellbeing strategy, if you have one. If you don’t, we’ll get you started on that journey and support you along the way. Each organisation's culture is unique and creating change around mental health is a complex task that requires a multi-tiered approach, which our team of mental health professionals are positioned to support. None of our solutions are one size fits all. We take the time to understand your business and the needs of the individuals within it. The Mind Advisory advises on all aspects of mental health in the workplace. Together we will help you find solutions which will allow your employees to achieve the best versions of themselves both at work and in life. Rebecca & Kirsty, Founders
