Founder's Note:
I created The Minds Cushion not just as a practice but as a promise.
A promise to anyone who’s ever felt like too much, or not enough.
A promise that healing doesn’t have to be harsh, lonely, or clinical.
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of the world silently.
And I know how powerful it can be to be seen, heard, and held.
This space is a tribute to my father, to the people we serve, and to the quiet courage it takes to show up for yourself.
Here, there’s no pressure to perform, fix, or prove anything.
Just a gentle space to return to yourself.
