Operations and Management

The Leadership Team at The Mirage is responsible for steering the strategic direction and overall management of the resort. The CEO spearheads the vision and business growth, while the Vice Presidents of Information Technology, Facilities, and Hotel Operations ensure cutting-edge technology, impeccable facilities upkeep, and seamless guest experiences respectively. Together, they oversee operations to maintain The Mirage's reputation as a premier luxury destination and pioneer in the Las Vegas hospitality industry.

Leadership Team

The Administrative and Support team at The Mirage ensures smooth operational efficiency across all departments. The Executive Assistant manages executive schedules and communications, while the Administrative Manager oversees office operations and staff coordination.
