Mithril, founded in 2002, provides customized enterprise solutions to companies of all sizes. Founder Jason Aptekar, with experience in Technology and Information Security since the mid-90s, including Wall Street security programs pre-9/11 and recovery efforts after, built Mithril on integrated Enterprise Solutions customized for each client's unique needs, delivered as White Glove Concierge service.
In 2002, we pioneered comprehensive solutions: VPN connectivity, web/email filtering, network monitoring, video conferencing, wireless networking, VoIP, backups, multifactor authentication, and business-grade firewalls for all clients. MSP v1.0
As the industry evolved, unified platforms became common, allowing MSPs to focus on standardization and efficiency. Companies adopting single platforms often fall into an efficiency trap, confusing their own efficiency with quality service. They standardize client onboarding, SOPs, and platforms, even when components don't fit each client. This efficiency often fails to support client uniqueness, potentially diminishing their value proposition. Like fast-food chains: efficient, but what about quality? MSP v2.0
Mithril has stayed ahead, evolving with technology. Our bespoke platform now integrates Cloud, AI, ML, Big Data, SaaS, IaaS, and other agile technologies. We've avoided the MSP v2.0 "trap," continuing to customize solutions while maintaining Security and White Glove Service focus.
Supporting diverse organizations globally, Mithril brings worldwide lessons to each client. We start by understanding what makes each client different, leveraging resources so technology becomes a business accelerator, not just a cost center. MSP v3.0
