The Moksha Group partners with companies to cultivate more positive organizational cultures and higher performing organizations. Culture is the most significant long-term predictor of profitability (J. Heskett).

We are Culture Architects. Our approach to culture shaping and team development is unique, because we recognize that happiness is primarily internally driven. We know that Culture is a "Shadow of Leadership" (Larry Senn) and that thriving leaders create thriving organizations. This comes NOT from external “things,” but internal states of being.

We apply ancient wisdom teachings, mindfulness techniques, and behavioral science research to create high performing leaders, teams, and cultures. Our mission is to improve the world by transforming organizational cultures into thriving places to work.

Our approach is different - on purpose. Culture transformation requires personal transformation at its core. And, most of us are fairly solidified by the age of 30. In short, change only happens when we want to change. We are experts in creating change from the inside out – as an insight rather than ultimatum. And, it works.

Results:
•	72% of the leadership teams feel even more connected to their team over a year after we leave.
•	86% experienced a major shift in their life outcomes (more peace, more calm, and greater presence) - measured
        up to 6 months later
•	94% indicated that their motivation and connectivity to work significantly increased
•	85% increased their capacity manage conflict, speak directly, and stay centered when stressed
•	87% of leaders reported increasing their self-understanding substantially (deep triggers, filters, & unconscious
        belief habits)
•	91% increased personal capacity to change thinking patterns (through neuro-wiring techniques)
•	88% said their energy substantially increased and continues to increase…

We are changing the world, by changing how we work.
