The Montfort Group is a private pay therapy practice in Plano, Texas specializing in helping high achieving adults and couples understand emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and burnout beneath outward success. Many of our clients function well professionally but feel stuck, disconnected, or chronically overwhelmed in their personal lives. Our work focuses on clarity and lasting change rather than short term coping strategies, helping people understand why problems repeat so relationships and daily life begin to feel sustainable again.

Our licensed team specializes in emotionally intelligent, personalized care for those navigating the complexity of success. Whether you’re leading a company, a family, or both, we create a space where insight becomes growth — and growth becomes peace.

From traditional therapy to curated intensives and private retreats, we offer meaningful experiences designed to meet you where you are, without pressure or pretense.

Because sometimes, even the most capable people need a place to be human.
