The Movement Physio & Performance offers 1 on 1 physiotherapy care. We pride ourselves on giving patients the time they deserve and providing individualized physiotherapy programs that address all aspects of the person. Our treatments always emphasize an empowerment approach creating an understanding of the body and injury through education and exercise therapy. We also often include hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture or blood flow restriction therapy.
