David Mellinger

David Mellinger is the Director of Training and Development at The Movement, where they focus on addressing significant social issues while fostering a positive team environment. They have extensive experience in retail leadership, having previously held management roles at Sports Authority and Walmart, among others. Mellinger also has a background in philanthropic activities, serving on boards such as the Alzheimer’s Association of Los Angeles and the John Douglas French Foundation, and has been involved in community outreach initiatives. They earned a certificate in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles Extension Program.
