The Myo Spot is the premier destination for transformative and dynamic holistic health modalities. We are dedicated to enhancing overall well-being by harnessing the power of oral function using myofunctional therapy—a holistic approach that addresses the intricate connection between oral and facial muscles, breathing, and overall health.

The Myo Spot is also the parent company of Senior Sleep Solutions, SPUR Dental Wellness, and SOUND Sleep Screening System. Our lead myofunctional therapist, Karese Laguerre, is a leader in public awareness, dental industry education and professional field growth.
