The National Will Register is the UK’s will registration and search service, with over 10.5 million wills in its system. Trusted by the legal profession and working in partnership with The Law Society since 2006, we help law firms, professionals, and the public ensure that the wishes set out in a will can be located when needed.

Since its inception, The National Will Register has worked in partnership with legal professionals to provide peace of mind to testators, executors and beneficiaries throughout the UK. Nearly a decade on, through the continued support of the legal profession, a National Will Register has been established and is working towards ensuring that unknown or untraceable wills are a thing of the past.

The National Will Register is the fastest growing service in the UK for wills and probate professionals. We continually strive to make it functional, convenient and productive for both the legal profession and UK citizens.
