Mace Hack

Executive Director, Nebraska

Mace Hack is the Director of TNC North America's Leveraging our Lands Program and has served as the Executive Director for Nebraska at The Nature Conservancy since 2006. They previously worked as a Lecturer and Professional Research Staff at Princeton University and held the position of Assistant Chief of the Wildlife Division at the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission from 2000 to 2005. Mace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Animal Behavior and Ethology, Ecology, and Evolutionary Biology, summa cum laude, from Princeton University, followed by a Ph.D. in the same field from the University of California, San Diego. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at UC San Diego.
