Michael Stein

Michael Stein is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and financial management. Currently serving as the Real Estate Finance and Information Manager at The Nature Conservancy since January 2023, Michael leads budgeting and financial management for non-conservation properties, develops accounting procedures, and assists with real estate transactions across North America. Previously, as Finance Manager at YWCA Minneapolis, Michael oversaw all financial functions and managed high-value contracts. Michael also contributed to Davis Healthcare Real Estate as an Associate Financial Broker and Senior Financial Coordinator, where financial solutions and forecasting were key responsibilities. Early career roles included positions at CBRE and New York Life Insurance Company, focusing on financial reporting and client relationship management.
