Dan Daetz

Dan Daetz is a strategic innovator and leader developer with a rich history in the United States Air Force, where they held key positions such as Director of the F-22 Combined Test Force and Vice Commander of the 412th Test Wing, managing large organizations and significant budgets. Currently, Dan serves as Deputy Director of Leader Development with The Navigators and as a Professional Executive Coach with FMI, focusing on developing servant-leaders for legacy impact. Dan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and Master’s degrees in Christian Leadership Studies, National Resource Strategy, and Aeronautical Engineering.
