Darryl Holien

Darryl Holien has a substantial amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Darryl began their career in 1990 as a Volunteer Leader in the Pike's Peak Region for Young Life. Darryl then continued to work for Young Life in various roles, including Director of Youth Ministries at Springs Community Church, Recruiter/HR Generalist, Associate Personnel Manager, Personnel Manager, and Director of Personnel. In 2007, they served as the Interim Director of Human Resources before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources in 2008. In this role, they strategically directed the global human resources infrastructure for a non-profit organization with a multimillion-dollar budget, overseeing a full-service human resources department. In 2012, they transitioned to become the Director of Human Resources for The Navigators.

Darryl Holien obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 1994. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Masters of Science and Management (MSM) degree with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Regis University.
