David Sheppard, PMP has a diverse work experience ranging from project management in the IT industry to serving as an Associate Pastor. David currently holds the position of Vice President Technology Services at The Navigators, where they oversee the implementation of major cloud-based IT systems. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Business Systems & Project Management Office at the same organization, where they successfully managed the relationship between software applications and individual businesses. David also worked as a Project Manager at The Navigators, responsible for implementing the organization's project management process. In addition, David has experience as a Project Manager/Consultant at Concept Portal, Senior Project Manager at Disciple Portal, Associate Pastor at Hill Country Bible Church Leander and New Song Christian Church, and as a Project Manager at Sheppard Concrete Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to plan, execute, and manage projects according to deadlines, budgets, and best practices.

David Sheppard, PMP has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Apologetics/Philosophy from Biola University, which they completed from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Leadership from William Jessup University, which they completed from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, David holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
