Lance Percy

Lance Percy currently serves as a Major Gifts Officer at The Navigators since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lance held various positions at Wycliffe Bible Translators, USA, from November 2017 to August 2022, including Senior Philanthropy Advisor and Major Gifts Officer. At Indiana Wesleyan University, from June 2011 to November 2017, Lance functioned as Associate Vice President for Alumni and Church Relations, overseeing external relations and strategic planning. Additionally, Lance worked at Green Lake Conference Center from August 1997 to December 2010, where responsibilities included Vice President of Development and Program, as well as Vice President of Youth and Family Programming. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Youth and Family Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Indiana State University.
