Tom Bourke is currently the Detroit Navigator Ministries Director and an Associate U.S. Field Director with The Navigators, overseeing the development of 17 Navigator City Teams. With a history in workplace ministry, Tom has worked alongside a group called "workplace insiders" to empower individuals to share their faith in their workplaces. Tom's past experience includes serving as an Active Duty Enlisted member in the United States Air Force, and various roles within The Navigators since 1984, including Associate Director of Navigator Military Ministries. Tom is pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies at Capital Bible Seminary.
