The Navitas Group provides comprehensive engineering operations and facility management consulting services to organizations with multiple building portfolios. With over sixty years of experience working in the built environment both as end users and service and product providers, we are uniquely qualified to develop and execute bespoke integrated facility management strategies designed to optimize building performance thus reducing cost and enhancing the occupant’s environment.

The operation and maintenance of buildings requires professionals with multiple skillsets to deal with the day-to-day issues that arise. Issues such as equipment failures, code compliance, occupant complaints, are all addressed by building operators and their teams.

Building portfolio management requires a staff of technical and financial professionals to deal with short- and long-term goals, such as asset valuation, additions and divestitures, service agreements, operational and capital budgets, renovations and tenant retention. Comprehensive Facility Management is an approach that addresses the needs of both the asset manager and the facility manager.
